The alumni are represented in the Black & Whites Society
The Black & Whites Society is for members of THBC who rowed for four terms or more. The society organises yearly dinners, organise groups to attend the boat race together, as well as trips to Henley Regatta. To ensure you are on the mailing lists contact the Black and Whites secretary.
How can I still be involved with THBC as an alumni?
If you miss rowing for us, and who can blame you, we are always eager to enter an alumni boat into the Fairbairn Cup, at the end of Michaelmas term. The course is 4300 m, from Jesus Flagpole to the Little Bridge on the Cam, so a nice and short race! (Hey, at least it isn’t the full seniors course).
If coaching is more your thing, THBC is always looking for alumni coaches to help coach the current crews. If you are interested in coaching, please get in touch with the captain.
